Is my personal information secure?

Cedarlane uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on any web page where credit card or other payment information is required. This protects the confidentiality of your credit card information when it is transmitted over the Internet.

Credit card information stored in your account is also encrypted. You may log into your account and uncheck the option to "Save My Credit Card Info" if you do not want your credit card information saved.

To help ensure the security of your personal information, select a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a combination of upper and lowe case letters, numbers and "special" characters. Change your password often. Use a mainstream browser that supports SSL encryption, and keep your operating system current with the latest security patches and updates.

What if I have forgotten my password? Do I need to re-register?

If you forgot your password, a new ONE TIME use only password can be requested using the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" section on the log-in page. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lose your password, the only option is to request a new temporary password.

How do I check the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Log-in to your account and check the "Shipping Status" in your order history.

How can I quickly reorder the same items?

Log-in to your account and refer to your order history. Locate the order your wish to re-order in the list of orders. Click on the "reorder" link that is below the order number.

Changing your billing address

Log-in to your account and click on the "Change" button of the address you wish to change. A new address can be added to your address book by clicking the "Add Another Billing Address" or "Add Another Shipping Address" links.

How do I read the expiration date on your package?

Our frozen products are guaranteed (if kept frozen) for 1 year past the manufacture date. Codes are embossed on the side of each product box.
Digit 1 & 2 = Numeric Month (01=Jan, 02=Feb, etc.)
Digit 3 & 4 = Numeric day of month
Digit 5 & 6 = Numeric year (07=2007, 08=2008 etc.)
Digit 7 = Alpha for production shift (A = first shift, B = second shift)

Why are not all your Cedarlane and Cedarlane/Zone items available online?

We are offering only our most popular items for direct shipment.

Do you accept International orders?

We do not accept any international orders at this time. We can only ship within the United States.

What does "made with organic" mean?

Organic certification is the process by which independent third party certifiers (such as Quality Assurance International) check the records and practices of a farmer or processor and certify that their products are being grown and processed in accordance with the USDA's National Organic Program.
Quality Assurance International certifies Cedarlane Natural Foods. Our products designated as “made with organic ingredients,” mean they contain 70 — 95% organic ingredients.

How can you ship frozen foods?

We use thermally efficient foam shipping containers packed with dry ice to keep the items frozen on their 2-day transit to your doorstep.
